Hi, been a while since I've been around here, but I figure if anyone can help me with this, it's the MAP techie crew:)
I've just built a new PC and stuck MS Vista Home Premium 64bit on it, thinking this would be the best option to make use of my RAM and processor. All seems to be going fine with it, aside from the fact that Photoshop CS3 (one of the main programs I use) flat out will not work. It gets through the loading screen up to the "building TWAIN menu items" part, then I get that stupid white screen with "Adobe Photoshop CS3 has stopped working - a problem [no specification of what the problem is] caused the program to stop working correctly" then it shuts down. Everything else from my CS3 Master Collection seems to be working fine, just Photoshop won't load up.
I've hit Google and tried the solution at http://blogs.msdn.com/rickbrew/archive/2007/04/26/problems-installing-adobe-photoshop-cs3-on-vista-x64.aspx to no avail.
Any help you guys can give would be much appreciated
