bro it's super easy to do. 1) you need to find out the pixel dimensions allowed for the myspace photo example: 120 pixels high X 120 pixels wide or whatever. They'll have a maximum size. 2) you need an image editor (Photoshop etc.) there are several free ones out there. (check out download.com for possibilities) 3) you need to open the image... resize the pixel dimensions of the image 4) when you save out the image make sure it's a JPG image... a very common compression format for internet images. Even if you had to download the freeware to do this you could literally have the entire thing done in about 10 min.
