Overly honest MA manuals covers

    Ok, the joke is this. Please post some funny cover comment on martial arts books, just to poke fun at MA stereotypes. I got this idea from other forums, or text books for colleges like "Network security and other oxymorons". The idea is to modify/create some fake MA manual...
    Obviously it's not meant to create flames, etc. It's only entertainment. So please people without sense of humour or self-irony please abstain.

    Love the pai mei style white eyebrows/tash/beard on the wing chun one slip.

    Duplicates are well accepted! Only rule is to poke fun at MAs or MAs manuals!!

    Please note: even a only text entry is good! What would be an overly honest text on a MA cover?
    Like:

    Muay Thai 2005
    Learn how to be an invicible western fighter
    And get beaten by a 5'4" thai 12 yo
