Been watching Tony Ferguson doing the open workouts the ufc get fighters to do before a fight card. Beginning to think that guy is some sort of genius. Part workout, part theatre show, part interpretative dance, part PR. You never know what he's going to do next. But underneath the show he has scary good proprioception, body awareness and creative movement. Anyone else watch these sorts of open workouts for inspiration?
