New Commemorative Pistol

Ruger is coming out with a new pistol in honor of the US Senate.

It will be named the "The Senator."

It doesn't work and you can't fire it.

 

Funny...but this is not politicaly correct towards Ruger

 

Sadly, this is not just a joke, there is photographic evidence:

 

How do you know that the gun in the pic doesnt work and you cant fire it (which is basically the same for a firearm)

 

I talked to a buddy in our police department who confirmed it. We're texting about it right now in fact. Apparently despite the Internet joke being circulated about this topic, there is a legit model of Ruger coming out called the Senate or the Senator. I'll post more details when I receive 'em.

 

Could we at least tar and feather it? :evil:

 

I just recieved a text from one of the gun dealers I know, they havent heard of it

I would think that a gun manufaturer would rather name their item something far different than to represent something with a political overtone

BTW, the gun in your pic is axctually a Ruger P345
