So whats the best way to keep them up?? After training for a while, I'm finding it hard to keep going. Any tips/ideas?
Looking backwards, think of the money you've spent, the time you've devoted. Looking forward, think of how rewarding it will be as it improve and rise in rank. You'll improve mentally, physically, and spiritually. And in the now, think of how good you feel after a tough workout, how you KNOW you've done something good for yourself....I could go on you know...
You could be bored with the current material you have in hand. Is normal I mean happen to everyone once in awhile. What you could do is find new interesting material to absorb, like weapons, acrobatic, tricks, jumps kicks etc. Do whatever you need to keep you motivated wether it'll be training music, or a training partner.
