    I do like the sound of the wristlocks session....

    It's a great venue - have competed in a couple of BJJ tournaments there.

    Because I won my last fight they are paying my flights to Thailand and a week in Tiger Muay Thai. I want my Brother to come along too, so I'm saving up to pay for him too. Can't make the MAP meet this year I'm afraid. Sorry guys :)

    Just had a long chat with my Tai Chi instructor David Arnold who is going to do some Chi Gong drills for health as a warm up before moving onto the more practical applications of Tai Chi.
