Just found some potentially helpful video clips for the DOUBLE END BAG and the MAIZE Ball. (Hard to find good training info on these bags).

Look down the page at the link below and find the training clips for Double End Bag and Maize Ball.

it's a cool website. I checked it out and I LOVE it. Lots of good training vids.

I live in El Paso, Texas and this gym is about 450 miles away in Tempe Arizona. They are looking for a trainer. I talked to Joe, he's a cool guy. Gonna go over next week to meet him in person for a face to face interview.
He said after that, we'll spar a few rounds to see if I qualify for being a trainer. I'm a kickboxing instructor, so I shouldn't have any problem.
    I'm looking forward to it.

Will let ya know how it works out.

I just gotta remember to not use kicks when we spar. :D

The interview went well, I got to know Joe real well.

He sat down with me and we discussed my experience which he was impressed with.

Then we sparred a few rounds and got a good workout. He was very impressed with my abilities. We didn't go easy on each other, we gave each other all we had, and we were very well matched. Lots of good punches thrown and landed between us.

I got the job and will be moving to Tempe and starting the job next week.

Wow... genuinely impressed, some good boxers right there, speed and power and accuracy and very good from all on the video.

Only thing is you would have to move to Texas, there are enough rednecks and country music HERE as it is... I would probably kill people after going insane from it!
