Firstly I'd like to take the time to congratulate both Sarah Evans and Charles Ruth who both won medals at separate competitions over the weekend. Sarah came third in her Kata section while Charles won a gold in the forms and weapons section and a bronze in the fighting section so well done to the both of you from all here at Martial Arts Planet.
