    Squat: 97.5kg 3x5
    bench press: 65kg 3x5
    deadlift: 140kg 3x5

    That 100kg squat for a 3x5 is getting closer and closer :)
    Odd that I've decided to start this today as I've got two rest days coming up tomorrow and the day after :D

    I weigh an embarassing 90kg. Which is odd, as I don't look that fat.

    power cleans: 3x5 @ 62.5kg

    YES! I DID IT! 100KG SQUAT!

    10 70kg deadlifts
    10 situps
    50M sprint
    deads could have been heavier. sprints= hard!

    Kata, bagwork and 5k run.
    Performed BLOODY DISMALLY on the run. As in really awful- I walked quite a bit. That's really embarassing.
