What an awesome little girl!! I am completely clueless when it comes to Karate, so I wouldn't know how well she performed the kata, but her movements seemed very slick, fast, well balanced and powerful to my eyes.

I think I'm going to have to start watching those legend videos with the sound off. The music is terrible. I feel like I'm trapped in a cross between Airwolf and your pick of cheesy 80s action films.

I really wish I could go to tournaments like this. I'd have to do months of preparation training if I wanted to exit the building still conscious but I think it would be great. Although, if somebody kneed me in the head like that, I'd probably kick them in the jugular (if I saw the chance).
