I am currently studying Nihon Goshin Aikido, I started a few months back and personally I have seen a lot of benifit from it. I am still new to a lot of things and I was looking for a list of techniques with the corresponding names in japenese. They have this at the dojo but I never have time to really look at this before/after class. Also... anything that shows the movement of the techniques would be appreciated. thanks!

Nihon Goshin Aikido isn't like the Aikido most people here do. It wasn't developed by O Sensei. Your best bet is just to ask your teacher for a copy of the list.
