anyone know anything more about them or a good resource? i want to learn more of the series, i know 3 of the movements that i think our sifu snuck into us but didn't tell us their true perpose. the breathing excersizes have individual purposes such as gathering energy, storing energy ect... but the lenghty lenghts you do them in build stamina, endurance and tougher muscles... i wonder if this was qi'gong but it sounds more like iron shirt because my friend did them with sifu for 30minutes without moving ect. iono, just this thought was on my mind i had to get it out!
