well if u r looking for improving overall health and energy then i guess u came to wrong place, u should go and find some spiritual groups which can help u with all these... anyways but still u can achieve those just by improving ur breathing. u don't need any sort of Iron Shirt or Internal Martial arts for that. -TkdWarrior-
Maybe you could give us your location Johnel? That way we can try and find someone in your area who can help. You'll find Iron shirt in some Tai Chi Chuan schools as well as various kung Fu systems.

About iron Shirt Regarding the health aspects of Iron Shirt check out Mantak Chia's web page. For the martial Wing Lam has an entire training kit on it. I have done both and they are complimentary. You can get to the point where anybody can hit you and do you no harm but I personally prefer to get out of the way.

I'm always worried about buying stuff online like that... i'd rather just ask my sifu but if you're into that then have you checked into Tai Chi schools around your area. t make sure they have a good Yichaun program and that'll give you what you describe. sorry for the misunderstandings, as you may have noticed most people in the forums are in Europe... but no worries and good luck to you
