If you could wear any colour of gi what would yours be?

Black is best when (slightly) Faded making it a very dark gray. Looks best with a red belt. But black is nice too.

 

lol, very good guys, yoyo's, pink gi's.....I needed the laughs, tho I DO like the idea of a grey dobok.

 

A tartan hakama? Wouldn't that just be a kilt with legs lol.

 

Camouflage Hakama anyone?

I want one with Marpat or Digital Camo or Desert Camo. Looks cool huh? I wonder how one would look wearing a camouflaged gi and hakama? Hehehehe...

Seriously, I'd go for black or dark blue. Don't want to break any conventions.

 

I prefer a black Gi with short sleeves. It fits nicely with my latino looks

 

Olive Kimono and Dark Khaki Hakama. Either that or a yellow kimono and slightly faded black hakama.

 

Same as I wear now -- plain black, no patches of any kind. Will look better when it fades a bit though...

 

I would wear the traditional Hapkido dobok, black with nice criss-crossing white stripes, very spiffy

I do hapkido, but we just wear plain-off white judo uniforms because they're built heavy the same as the traditional doboks, and are likely cheaper

 

Just let me wash your dobok for a while. Odds are pretty good it will turn either pink or grey!

I got a nice pink stripe on my hubby's Iron Man somehow. Funny, mine was in the wash at the same time and came out spotless .

 

Black or white, I have both and like them both.

Was thinking about getting a Blue on as well.
