I have recently bought thai oil for the purpose of helping with my bruises after a heavy sparring session (shins mainly). Do you reccoment I put this stuff on or ice it instead?
If it's a good linament then use that. Depends on the quality, but most of them do a fairly decent job of tamping the Bruises and helping the body heal. Pay as much attention to your diet. Eating quality food and taking quality supplements will help you heal much quicker.
