I don't think they have Cadbury's chocolate in the states.

 

We have the brand name but I'm not sure they produce the same products in both countries.

Sounds like a Twix minus the caramel.

The only other thing I can think of with fingers would be a Kit Kat.

 

Yeah that's about the jest of it. It's more like twix without the caramel since it doesn't have a waffer texture.
