Hello from Northern Virginia

    My name is Mark and I am a practitioner of Krav Maga in the DC area. Aside from that, I practiced Fencing for about three years. I look forward to talk to you all!

    I practice it at Krav Maga Nova in Lorton. It's right off of the Fairfax County Parkway near Kingstowne.
