lol hardly a street fight as gracie claims but interesting none the less. is only everytime someone kicked off on me i had chance to take of my shoes and shirt.

at the risk of being boring,no one here thinks it looks like a rally bad example to set? this guy is held in high regard round the world by alot of people.
he willing goes to fight..just to prove his point,i dont have the full facts, but it just seemed like typical pride defending and ego,i found the who vid and commentary ludicrous

 

err... in much of the rest of the world people stand by their words. So even if that means they talk smack and get a beatdown - or conversely they put their money where their mouth is and back up the smack they've talked.

Seems fairly direct and simple to me.

 

I read something about that, it happened in Rio in the early nineties. I believe it was directly related to the BJJ vs Vale Tudo (Muay Thai) challenges that were taking place at the time.

ah so it was a challage from another fighter?that doesnt seem as bad then..seemed really immature fighting some beach jock because he called his mum names or didnt like your shorts.still think its a bad example,but thats the nature or his art i guess he has to defend it(note to self dont post in haste after real ale)

 

Good little clip but immature attitude from Gracie at best. This clip only confirms my suspicions that the Gracies are unreasonable, pompous people; the kind of people who think that if they stop holding the world then it will fall from the heavens.
