Hi all long time lurker here, been taking muay thai for a little bit. Might be moving to Florida with my mother, and unfortunately I don't see any good gyms in the area... so I'm considering trying out Aikido. Has anyone heard of this dojo? --> http://www.gainesvilleaikido.com/ Trying to find a style that's not so involved in strikes because muay thai strikes are perfect for my size and strength (I have huge legs ). Figured Aikido would suit me well because I'm very humble and I don't like fighting people, I try to avoid fights. Another choice was traditional jujitsu, mainly interested in the ground work, throws, and joint locks.
