home potato number pumpkin: 20kg kb swing/upright row/one arm row circuit: 5/1/1 10/2/2, 15/3/3 20/4/4 25/5/5 30/6/6 35/7/7 40/8/8 45/9/9 50/10/10 home kb circuit. each round was swings, upright rows, one arm rows, starting with 5/1/1, and adding an additional 5/1/1 each round. wanted 75/15/15, but this was honestly the most atrocious forearm pump i've ever had (probably not helped by the pullups earlier), so i called it quits at 50/10/10. managed until 25/5/5 before having to rest in between rounds. took between 25 and 30 minutes-ish. and i'm probably going to regret this tomorrow

For a fairly advanced lifter you're not squatting very heavy. Is that on purpose? (srs question and no snark intended...I'm more of a hobbyist/"practical" lifter, so I'm just curious as to how to interpret your numbers)
