    He's from Robert Ludlum's Bourne series

    Jason bourne A.K.A Cain A.K.A David Webb A.K.A something I don't remember now :D

    Also Sean Dillion from any of the Jack Higgins books, I always loved his interrogations -

    Sean : 'Asks the question'

    Bad dude : Go to hell!

    Sean : *BLAM!* (bullet to the thigh or knee or earlobe)

    Bad dude : OkOk!!!!!!!!!!!

    Interesting, I guess I should perhaps mention some less obscure characters!

    Pandora, from the Vampire Series. She even got her own book!

    Pretty much most of the characters from Harry Potter (It is being released today at midnight!)

    'Lucifer' from John Milton's Paradise Lost. I love the way Milton toys with our sympathies for the Devil!

    Terry Pratchet's 'Death' is great too! :D

    I'd go with Odysseus from the odyssey (worth a second mention) and Aeneas (sp?) from the Aeneid are both good.
