I wasn't sure whether the Nutrition and Supplements forum or this one would be a better fit, but given the intimate link to BJJ I decided to post it here.

The Gracie Academy has been posting videos of family recipes on their YouTube Channel. If you've ever been about curious about the Gracie Diet you may appreciate these videos.

Of the recipes I've tried, the apple banana smoothie is my favorite because of how easy and enjoyable it is.. Though the Corn Soup recipe along with a grilled cheese sandwich is really good too.

I don't follow the Gracie diet all the time, but I'm finding that I do like eating this way. There's a simplicity to these meals that I really appreciate, and they're actually pretty good!

I'm not sure that I can make this one with the things I have but if anyone has tried it you have to let me know how it is.

The Watermelon Smoothie, Ryron Special Juice, Honeydew Melon Smoothie are also on my list to try.

I like having the Apple Banana smoothie for breakfast. I juice 4 to 6 apples along with 4 frozen bananas... Sometimes I have a couple of eggs with it too for protein.

Not sure how that jives with the actual Gracie diet but I ordered the upcoming book which should shed some light.
