I fully intended to chide everyone for being cruel to a whole sub culture that probably is totally sick of it...

Yeah it sucks being under 6ft. Although my sifu is about that height and he is POWERFUL. Also while I do enjoy training against the two 6-footers it seems I have more trouble in chi sao with the 8 year old because they're more relaxed and hence their arms (though short) tend to slip into even the tiniest gaps in my defences.
I could overpower easily them but like my aikido teacher once said: "I always liked it when Ando sensei made me work with the tiny little japanese girls. It gave me a chance to focus on doing perfect technique rather than using force."

 

I'm taller than you?? Wow I feel accomplished I'm usually the short/small one 5'4 and 107lb
Just to give you a picture the ppl they picked for me to spar for my black belt (roughly same size but higher skill) were 3 freshmen and 1 eight grader but they're all guys so w/e

I don't feel I NEED to be bigger, I just don't feel that big. It's only when I see someone else the same size I realise.

I'm not quite 19 stone yet haha

I would like to be 17 stone, I feel that is a good size for my height. I am still pretty flexible and agile though, I must be gifted lol (I know my arms are double jointed which makes arm bars pretty difficult)

 

How much is a stone anyway???

Oh nvm looked it up it's 14 pounds. That would make me like 7.5 stone haha I'm small but i'm a girl so its all fun
