Hi, I just decided that i would like to give Capoeira a try in the near future. However, i have no idea of anywhere i can go to train. Im from Newcastle in Australia, does anyone know of any classes there or even near there? I'm Rather interested Thanks.
The University of Newcastle holds classes on Tuesday nights, that cost about $10 for non-students. It's a good class, I only left because of study commitments. Their site is here. Hope you enjoy it.
There is a very good school, "Grupo Capoeria Brasil" in Sydney if that isn't too far. I know it is a little below Newcastle, but if you want a really nice school you could trek . The University academey is also a good idea. Check it out . Cheers.
