   Will it be available to everyone? Book 4 was only available to SBN and above.
   I wonder what part of the syllabus will be included

   Manual 5 is available to anyone. Lots of cool stuff in it, you wont learn any of it doing KSW though. Manual 4 is for PSBN and above.
