I have often heard that certain styles take advantage of a person's height, size/frame, and athletic ability. I just wanted to know what physical attributes are best for different disciplines.

I was also wondering what forms best utilizes a 5'7", 155 lbs., ex high school football players (small, quick noseguard) build? Thanks for any info you can provide.

I don't know if there is really one way to answer your question.
Each art has its strengths... and needs a certain performance from you. Your build is not really going to determine that. Your flexibility may come into play... but really just by your body type it would be hard to say which art you should chose.

You have probably read on here that the only way to really find the art you want is to observe each art... see what appeals to you. Check out a few different places that train different arts and see what you think you would like to learn... and try it!!
