I'm sure a lot have seen it before but I found this advice helpful in the past and just came across it again so thought I'd post it here. I often find myself thinking of the right hand as a power punch and only really focusing on hitting hard with it. At the beginning of the vid he explains it's tactical use in allowing you to change the angle,I find used in this way it's good for closing the distance as well.
Have you seen the Charles Burley video? It's one Hannibal and myself always discuss. It's another with so much information. I recently had one of my guys train for a fight using this stance and movement.
