One of my students is moving to Lancaster. Does anyone know of anywhere decent to train? Style's unimportant, just good, solid training. He's in his mid 40s but regularly competes in triathalon and likes to bang, so combat sports options are fine as long as it's not a place entirely populated by 20 year olds.
