Does anyone out there know the age limit for an amateur fighter to fight in a bout in the UK? I was talking to my old boxing coach today and we talked about me starting training again and eventually having a fight. The only problem is that i'm 35 in June and he seems to think that's the age limit for amateurs.
I don't know about the age limit mate, but if you want a sparring partner I'll help and I'll def come watch your fight.
It's an interesting question I've not heard of any age limits; I presume (i may be wrong) it all depends on weather the promoters can find another person the same age as you, with the same level of experience.
