    Hi all,

I emptied my wall bag of its filling the other day to box it up for moving. Just got round to setting my kwoon back up again. Previously I had Chick Peas at the top, sand in the middle and rice at the bottom. At the time I filled them up I was just beginning so not too much thought went into it.
I always set it so the top section is about 4 - 5 inches above my eyes for taller people, the middle section for my own face height, and the lower section for neck/torso.
I like the combination of filling I have, it works well for me.
I just wondered if I'm forgetting any other possible fillings?

    :rolleyes:Idea's amongst ourselves?

Some of our bags had smooth pebbles in them - the same type you can get from pet shops to line the bottom of your fish tank with. Great for chucking things like chap choys. :D

Well if you are going in a progressive manner, maybe start with mung beans. Work up to sand. Finish with steel shot.

I would personally just go straight to the steel and work with that.
