    Born to a 3rd Dan ITF/AMTA taekwondo instructor, I grew up in martial arts. Didn't get very serious about training and ranking until 16. Stopped training a year later when my dad lost his academy in a divorce. 19 years later, I've began in Capoeira.

    Raising 4 children, helping my son train taekwondo, training in Capoeira myself, playing drums and guitar, studying Hebrew
