cheers for the links! as to what i want to get out of it, well, to be honest it's mostly cardio and core strengthening :D, but i'd rather do it properly, you know? i've actually posted a clip of my bagwork, so if you'd be willing to check it out and comment, i'd appreciate it :) (just check threads started by me, should be the last one).

oh right, speaking about bagwork. i've signed up to a gym that has boxing equipment and one of the guys there started coaching me. any tips you could give me? mostly looking for those small details that randomly click into place independently of the usual generalized advice, if you know what i mean.
