Been gone for a bit. Had a little accident at the dojo that resulted in a sprained ankle and tearing the anterior talo-fibular ligament. Spent the last few months nursing that and fartin' around on the net. Found this little gem and figured I 'ld share it with all y'all. Its an impromtu seminar by Dan John covering is methods on olympic lifting. Its about 55 minutes in length. Its amazing how he gets the whole class dropping into full, deep squats in about 10 minutes. The end got cut off because the fellow ran out of film, but still lots of good info in there. http://thefitcast.com/?p=108 Enjoy
Sorry to hear about your injury - get well soon. And thanks for posting that up. I came across it on google vids a few days ago, but forgot to bookmark it. I'll watch it when I get an hour's peace and quiet.
