This has to be one of the best training dvds i've ever seen. The DVD covers a weeks worth of Svend's traning, both in the gym and on events. It is split into 2 secionds. Equipment training, which has famers walk in six inches of snow, 500kg tyre flips and 8x 180kg stone lifts in under 30 seconds. In the gym you see him squat 4x270 KGS and deadlift 3x 370 KGS! You also get to go inside his kitchen and see what you should be eating for powerlifting and strength training. He Log Presses 185kgs! This guy is a nut.
