Fir the last few years i am not doing any exercise,although earlier i was a doing very rigorous stretching. does leaving that makes me feeling very tough and tight muscle and body.

Your muscles are probably tightening up because you're trying to move them into a range where you lack strength. Your muscles do this to stop you hurting yourself. Listen to your muscles. They know your body better than you do. And stop stretching so vigorously. As hard as you can stretch, your muscles can tense many times harder. Go back to doing exercises. Add squats, deadlifts, lunges and running with long strides into your program. Still do your stretches, but chill out a bit dude.
