I was thinking about taking ZMA, I train vigorously and chances are have low zinc and magnesium levels. I was hoping to get some feedback on this stuff. Does it work for any of you? Pros/Cons
I would like to hear some experience on the subjest also. Especially the benefits of zma regarding trouble with sleep and regeneration. I read that bodybuilders benefit form zma, but what about MA practitioners?
I'm a fan of ZMA; I notice much better, sound sleep when taking ZMA. I think as long as the most important things are in check (proper sleep, vitamins, nutrition, etc) then considering supplementing with ZMA and such things is fine.
I agree completely with Blessed Samurai. Great supplement. I and my friend get the crazy dreams that some people report! You can really feel that you get deeper sleep from it. Definitely has an effect on testosterone too.
