Zen-Do kickboxing???????????

    I keep seeing adds for these guys, so thought i'd peek at the website.

    This is the origin of the name:

    Zen-Do translated from Japanese means 'the complete way'

    I thought the word Zen was the japanese translation of the chinese word Chan, which was the Chinese pronounciation of the sanskrit word Darma.
    Which I thought meant "word" or "truth".

    Any thoughts anyone?

    i think that zen do sounds like it belongs with shaolin-do,kung-fu-jitsu and wu-shu-do...a land of bull excriment

    Long stories

    It's basically one of the senior Mugendo kickboxing instructors Raff Nieto broke away from founder Meiji Suzuki and created Zendo but due to possible copyright infringement changed it to Xendo
