Jerks: 20x5x3 40x3 60x3 Deadlift: 50x5 90x5 110x1 (could probably get more reps but i'll ease into it) 90x3 90x3 Random 50kg clean 3 Way shoulder raises: 5x2x10 quit half way through the third set cos of fatigue Challenge Lunges: 50x2 (shorter step is easier, will smash it tomorrow) Stupid ate 1500kcal of pudding after training. looks like tomorrow will be lower calorie day.
And now you know why I work out and train martial arts! I don't hit 1500 cals with pudding but I will sure find some pastries to rival that!
Haven't updated this in a while. I've taken up some running and doing bodyweight stuff. not having a gym membership sucks. not having a team sucks. reallly looking forward to mini MAP meet.
