Depression blows. Exercise always helps, its the chemicals being released and created that makes you happy as when you are depressed certain chemcial levels required to make you happy and not want to chuck yourself off a building are depelted. Exercise brings it up. Exercise + therapy will beat it hands down.
I dont exactly get depressed, But I always get really angry.. I dont know what that comes under :woo:
