Your training sessions?

    20 min warm up, 40-50 min on forms/pad work/drills/technique improving (usually 2 from that list per session), 30-40 min sparring. When coming up to gradings though we focus on grading specific stuff.

    Our classes last about 90 minutes. In that time we do: warmup/stretching; marching basics; basic kicking (front, side, roundhouse, stepping, and spinning kicks); patterns (Palgue forms), and finish up with one step, free fighting, or whatever else is deemed necessary to work on.
    Essentially the same program is followed, with variations to keep it fresh. Sometimes we do form explanations, self defense, bagwork etc.

    Contact level is medium contact while practicing chest guard drills.

    It is really good to do these drills, it helps you to aim and score correctly your kicks.
