    Well thanks to you guys I actually started doing pelvic exercise to stabilize the whole region.

    I bough a Swiss ball and started doing some hyper extension and abs work, quit amazed that this time around i got almost no pain in the lower back.

    I am also doing the pelvic tilt and other exercise with proper stretching.

    I am happy to say that it has been two weeks now and my pelvic is still properly aligned.

    This means that my lower back and abs where very weak.

    My MRI has been postponed for this reason my chiro wants to finish is work on me before.

    My upperback feels good too
