Thought I'd share this video of Hidehiko Yoshida (of Olympic and choking out Royce Gracie fame) teaching Uchi mata. I especially like how he covers the feet triangle or "Teeing up" concept as this is how I coach this throw as well. Its also good to see a high level player coach ken-ken uchimata as well which is the second part of the video. I didn't know there was a name for that variation ken ken uchimata, and sure in class we just did it slightly to the side. It's the only way I've managed to throw so far but can't remember being told about the triangle. I'd ruled it out as too difficult but may just have to try it again
