Interesting article, I have recently started attending a Yoga class once a week myself to complement my Kickboxing trainingand have found it to be very usefull, not just because of the obvious flexibilty benefits, but also the breathing excersises that are taught help me to focus my energy, especially during sparring or a particularly demanding training session. I would highly recommend it.
