Well wrestling season just started and I'm gonna want to stay away from school food. I need some good ideas of some healthy foods that I will be able to bring with me to school and will taste ok cold, as I won't have the ability to heat it up at school. Maybe some ideas that won't get to monotonous too
You might consider getting "the grappler's guide to sports nutrition" http://www.grapplersnutrition.com/ I haven't purchased that book yet, but I bought John Berardi's main product (gourmet nutrition) and couldn't be happier with it.
