I'm around 6'4 and weigh nearly 190 pounds. I'm pretty skinny, actually. I was looking for a workout to build my chest and arms. Maybe get some abs. I have access to a weight bench, bar, and dumbells. Was hoping someone could probably give me some info on what I should be doing?
bench presses,push-ups,pull-ups, over head presses,BB+DB curls, pushdowns,skull crushers just to name a few
throw in some military and arnold presses and g bells pretty much covered everything else. do 3 sets of 8 on each exercise until the last set is fairly easy, then increase the weight.
