Title says it all. If you have some advice from your experience, I would appreciate it. At the moment I just try to get a little deeper each time I practice, but progress is slow and difficult to measure. Thanks for reading, and I appreciate your advice! Just out of curiosity, have you done a search for any of Van Zandt threads. He has a lot of threads on flexibility and has given a lot of good advice.... I think . I'm not the flexible type nore have I tried any of his advice but a lot of memebers here has sought out his advice.
