But, did you just prove on MAP, on a video of a competition no less, that technique beats muscle? PS: presumably the guys in high-vis jackets were to protect you from the ladees?
Thanks man, I hope so. I weights in at like 68kg with a jam sandwich in hand and my jeans and belt on. He weighed in at 70.7kg (he only has to make 70.8). I reckon by the time he rehydrated he was about 75kg.
lol you're like a damn squid haha, awesome job! I like how quickly you reacted to anything he tried, I felt sorry for the guy. He wanted so badly to throw just 1 punch he could be happy with, but you didn't give him an inch, poor guy.
The last guy got pretty much the same treatment except from a strking stand point. It's the way Rick teaches things. It's like "shut this down, do this and stop that from happening...". It's like not doing the first part wrong means you don't have to deal with the consequences of being wrong. Like chess.
