I built my own, but of course its not pro grade quality, but the exercises are the same- Take a wood plank, one foot wide, eight feet long. Drill 3 holes, insert wooden dowels for arms. Place dummy in 2 foot hole. 2 2x4's at 45 degree angles at front and back for support and kicking legs. Then you have a workable dummy that gives you a good workout, ****es off your wife for digging a 2 foot hole in the middle of the back yard, and is Grade A redneck material. But on the bright side, it only costs about 20 bucks in lumber... PS- you'll need to gorilla glue the arms in, and tie with rope in the back. Also padding helps, I nailed a couple of canvas bags with rice in them to mine. Great workout for speed control and focus. I also mounted it about 5 feet in front of my heavy bag, so great coordination drills begin. good times....
