My knees, hip and shoulder and some times my wrist and neck making a popping/snapping noise.

    No pain.

My Jaw is also sliding and making noise!!! May be TMD (temporomandibular disorder) of Jew.

    No pain.

This is not some arthritis or autoimmune diseases? Or having a very sedative lifestyle with hardly no exercise in a day may be the cause.:woo::woo: A lack of muscles because of the very sedative lifestyle.

I find some stretching exercises help a bit.

Do you think if I walk one or two miles in day and lift weights may help? Or this is sounds like arthritis or autoimmune diseases?

See your Dr if you are concerned.

I will definitely see doctor before I take up any martial arts because that could make it worse or the exercise of martial arts like Judo or Aikido could help with the exercise of my joints.

I have been to the ER and walk in medical centers and the doctors there don't have any idea.

I think I would need to see a sports doctor or doctor that is a specialist of bones and joints. Not sure what they would be called.

Not sure if any other members here have similar problems like what I'm having.

So you finally decided to actually try something instead of writing about it? :p

    Orthopedist.
Or see if there is physiotherapist.
I mainly asked my physiotherapist when I had questions regarding my arm, because he gave me the "better" advise at the moment.
(As in: Gave me exercises instead of saying "use the arm". But my arm was definitely broken, so they didn't have to find out what was wrong ;) )

Even if that were the case, the reasons might still be different.
So: Go see someone who knows what he's talking about ^^

Is this a constant thing? If not, it's probably not a big deal. Like with your finger joints(knuckles), air bubbles build up in many joints and there is a *pop* when the bubble is crushed by joint movement. I have a number of joints that pop because I'm double jointed. :)

Gentle stretching and the exercise you've already thought about. Take it easy and give it time. Make sure you eat right, to perform right your body needs the right food

I would say about 40 to 80 times in a day.

Funny thing is if I sit than move the joints it makes a noise:eek::eek: yet if I exercise or move around it does not make any noise. If I take the stars lot of times it makes a noise!! Yet if work out and go up and down the stars 10 times it does not make noise.

It seems if I move around and do stretching exercise it helps.

This does sound bit like it could be stiff joints base on my description if moving around and exercise help.

I eat about once a day and drink about three glasses of water in day.

 My goodness! Sounds like something a doctor should check out. I can't properly diagnose you from here, even with what limited know-how I have. :bang:

It only seem to do it when I sit or lay and than move a joint I have not move for some time. It not like I'm walking up the stars or doing walking and it is making a popping sound all day well I walk or go up the stars. It seems when I sit or don't move for some time than move it does that.

It seem if I move around and do stretching exercise it helps.

But with so many joints be it the hip, knee and shoulder and some times my wrist a injury or sprain seems very unlikely. It could be my joints are bit stiff and I don't know that :(:(:( and that is causing the popping/snapping noise and the exercise and stretching exercise is losing it up . But if it is stiff joints this could be arthritis in the early stages.

If that is the case I can forget about jogging/running and martial arts.

If you're that concerned about it (which is fair enough), it surely is an awesome idea to keep asking in a forum instead of seeing a doctor.
Heaven forbids you might actually know what's wrong and either get help or (which personally I'd prefer) an all-clear.

Stop looking for excuses not to train properly but see a doctor and start something, if that's what you want :)
If you don't want it in the end, it's fine as well.

Oh, and did I mention: If I were that concerned, I'd see a doctor or someone who can actually examine me.
